When ordering your book bag, please write your child’s name exactly as you wish it to appear in the order. 

Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery as these are personalised to order - in many cases it will be sooner.

Postage and packaging on all orders up to £50 will cost £6.95, 2nd class Royal Mail signed for delivery. 

Note: If you are placing an order totalling more than £50, please consider placing a 2nd order as postage compensation is only up to a total of £50.

Items cannot be returned or refunded. The quality of items are checked prior to sending and packaged carefully.  Personalised items cannot be changed, once they have been ordered and paid for.
